First-Time Orders: If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your product—opened or unopened—within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Repeat Orders: For all future purchases, returns must be unopened and unused within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
